The shirt did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that, but the print quality just wasn’t what I was expecting. The colors looked dull and the image was a little blurry, which made it feel kind of cheap, right? For the price, I thought it would look better. I don’t think I’d order again.

At a certain point I started wondering if the whole thing was intentionally built like a maze so only people with infinite patience would make it through. I asked for a refund and just felt like I was being passed from one person to another, with slow replies in between. It’s been days and I still don’t have a clear answer, which is really frustrating. At this point I’m protecting my money and my time, so I won’t be ordering from moteefe again.

"delivery took way too long"
i ordered from Moteefe and the delivery was frustrating. the tracking barely moved for ages, and the parcel ended up arriving way later than the estimate they gave me.

it was meant to be a gift, so by the time it finally showed up, it was basically useless. support only sent generic replies and didn’t really help, so i wouldn’t order again if i needed something by a certain date.

"Print looked cheap and faded"
I ordered a shirt from Moteefe i was let down when it showed up.

The print already looked faded, almost like it had been washed several times before I even got it. The fabric felt thin and cheap too, nothing like what I thought I was getting from the pictures.

After one wash, it looked even worse. I didn’t even bother trying customer service because I’ve learned not to expect much help with stuff like this. Wouldn’t order again, definitely felt like a waste of money.

"Sizing felt really misleading"
I ordered my usual size from moteefe.com thinking it would fit like most shirts I buy, but it showed up way smaller than I expected. I checked the size chart before ordering too, which is what made it more frustrating because it really didn’t match the actual fit at all.
I was looking forward to wearing it, so it was disappointing to try it on and realize it was too tight. Now it’s just sitting there unused, and I feel kind of misled by the sizing info. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the measurements more accurate.

I had a bit of a problem with my order i was annoyed at first. Support took a little while to get back to me, but once they did, they kept me in the loop and got it fixed. Wasn’t perfect, but yeah, I’m glad it got sorted without turning into a big hassle

"Good promo deal, honestly happy overall"
I ordered from Moteefe after spotting a promo deal, the price was better than I expected.
The shirt turned out nice, and the discount went through at checkout without any problems. Delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d probably order again if they had another good offer

“I'm waiting for a refund of £87.96. For goods i cancelled and they still sent the items. I returned tthem unopened. They don't give refunds. You just dont get your money back. It must be good ripping off all these people and their getting away with it.”
